Hi everyone - Chasamba's back! Delighted to get some calls wondering about Chasamba. It's a fitness class with a difference! It's low impact but a full hours workout, dancing simple steps - cha cha, samba, salsa, jive etc. You don't need a partner, appeals to all ages and abilities and it's a fun and sociable alternative to pounding the streets or hitting the gym.
