Decides to weed my onions at the the allotment today . It's so peaceful here,there are still allotments available and plenty of time to plant.
Our allotment owners Dermot And Eileen are preparing the soil to get the spuds in before St Patrick's Day, as is tradition.
The evenings are getting longer and the days are brighter so get out in the fresh air after the long dark winter. Nothing like a bit of digging to bring colour to our pale skin. Ring Frances 087 9088009

Very saddened to hear of the death of John D'Arcy one of our first allotment owners who brought great character and fun to the whole place. He also became a great friend and will be sorely missed. RIP
