SPOZNIENIA
Spoznienia na wizyte powyzej 10min sa traktowane jako rezygnacja z wizyty i moga skutkowac naliczeniem oplaty za odwolana wizyte. Moge przyjac klientke tylko wtedy, jesli uznam, ze nie spowoduje to opoznien wizyt kolejnych klientek. Zakres zaplanowanej wizyty moze ulec zmianie.
PRZEKLADANIE I ODWOLYWANIE WIZYT
Umowiona wizyte mozna odwolac lub przelozyc bez konsekwencji do 24godzin przed wyznaczonym terminem. Odwolanie wizyty w terminie krotszym niz opisano powyzej powoduje doliczenie do kolejnej wizyty kwoty za zalegla wizyte.
Regulamin dotyczy rowniez osob posiadajacych karty podarunkowe.

LATE POLICY
If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. If you arrive more than 10mins late, you will have to reschedule for another appointment and you will be responsible for the full amount for the appointment missed. As a courtesy and consideration to your nail/eyelash stylist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. I understand that situation arise in which you must cancel your appointment. However, I require 24hour advance notice in order to cancel or reschedule any service with no charge. If your appointment is not cancelled within this notification period, your appointment is considered confirmed. Any changes or cancellations made after the 24hour window are subject to a charge for each service.
This policy also applies to gift card/certificate holders.

Just a quick reminder of my Christmas opening hours: 19th / 8am - 9pm 20th / off 21st&22nd / 8am - 9pm 23rd / booked! 24th-27th / off 28th-30th / 8am - 9pm Business will be back to normal starting Fri 6th January.
