Hi all, hope you are well and enjoying the holidays. Fitness classes resume Wednesday evening at 7 then Thursday and Saturday morning at 10. Mr Glen will be taking the class while others enjoy a deserved break.

This Thursday 22nd FORGE Christmas party 🎉, part deux, for those who couldn't attend the first one. . . Everyone is invited and expected to attend unless has a note stating otherwise. There will be an international special guest making an appearance, some have been introduced some have heard about all will remember 😁. Spot prices on the night, categories to be decided below by YOU. Some have worked hard, some haven't, some go, some haven't for a spell, the one thing we do nearly better than fitness is a session.
