Just a reminder our last class is this Wednesday at 6pm with Santa coming to visit the students and also our student and fighter of the years will take place. Look forward to seeing you all then 🎅

Great to get to congratulate Alun Griffiths and Matt Fitzgerald on their recent promotion to fourth degree and also to get to train with Master Andy Fitzgerald and his black belts over the weekend. Thank you all for your hospitality and knowledge.

********Club reopening competition******** To mark the reopening of our club after the summer break we are giving away a prize of one months classes for September to one lucky winner. EASTER CLASS TIMES: Classes are running as normal this week, there will be no classes on Monday 17th and Wednesday 19th. Have a great Easter everyone!

Classes resume this Monday @ 6pm and Wednesday @ 6pm for children. If your child would like to try it out they can come along any evening and try their first class for free!
