Each and every steak is checked closely by us before shipping out to you.  Firstly we make sure each individual steak size is perfect so it will be tastiest when cooked.  Secondly we make sure the marbling is up to our standard to make sure the fat content of each steak has a good balance.  Thirdly we make sure the packaging of each steak is sealed and has never been defrosted so when it gets to you it is not contaminated and clean.

A stamp is put on each sold items to shows that it has been checked by our staff manually for every single orders. It is just a little guarantee to you that we are doing our job.
