2017 年最能代表 in Him's 設計理念的一個住宅作品，為於九龍塘的舊樓屬低密度地下連花園單位，室內面積約1600呎並需要住進6至8人。 設計團隊因應單位先天優勢及戶主要求打造出一個能連結戶內外並富淡淡北歐風味的休閒住宅空間，更把外牆及花園也一併重新設計令整體感覺更一致。 客廳兩面落地趟摺大窗靠著一個連貫內外的水泥平台令起居室與用餐區能自然融入室外花園；為了增添主人套房的空間感更加把浴室設計成半開放式，睡床旁的家庭共用工作間更有門口可直出花園，令整個房間能與戶主理想中的生活模式更貼近；兩套女兒房間亦參考了大學宿舍共用浴室的理念，透過趟門長開可令空間連貫亦更方便使用。 由於戶主早已選購了不少家品，亦喜歡不時添置家中裝飾，所以室內空間物料以素色及天然素材為主，令戶主收藏可更突出並成為設計焦點。黑白雲石的紋路為筆直線條的空間帶來趣味，清水模的質感亦能引進自然氣息，適量的黑色更為淺色空間帶來更多層次感。 Photograhy: Steven Ko Interior Photography Furniture: Unica Interior, Unica Premium, TREE, IKEA 如想了解更多請點擊影片連結: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B87qPSQmzew AC Production x in Him's 生活短片: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=omILv17aVBI&t=5s
