If anyone is a fan of John Oliver, he had a hilarious segment last night on the "Mexican" restaurant chain Chipotle. While I am a fan of some of Chipotle's ad campaigns, they were justifiably ridiculed for recent health concerns: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sEkF2rskCxI My favorite ad (the "Scarecrow" Ad campaign): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lUtnas5ScSE While Chipotle`s branding strategy is to criticize the food industry in favor of fresh ingredients, apparently their supply chain management is prone to make the same mistakes. (Oh and by the way, at Maiz we use fresh, local ingredients in our food. I guess that`s one of the benefits of being a small restaurant!)
Hi Everyone! After a busy and eventful holiday season, we will be temporarily reducing our opening hours during the week. Until March 1st, we will be opening only for dinner. During this time, we will be doing renovations but most importantly we will be developing a new Lunch Menu. Thanks for your understanding and of course for your continued support and patronage!! New Hours: Monday-Friday and Sunday: 18:00-23:00 Saturday: 12:00-23:00
