First impression of FESPA 2017 !
Dear FESPA fan! SPS® TechnoScreen will have on display the popular VITESSA XP1 primeline with front-pick-up single sheet feeder and options to optimize printing on plastic substrates, in particular polyester sheets for transfer printing. Among others, this machine includes a sheet cleaning system and full anti-static equipment. We will run the press with pre-printed textile transfers. Also the ATMA MF44 will be displayed. This semi-automatic flat-bed press is equipped with a camera sheet / image register system and reaches an accuracy of ˂ 10 µm! The printing press has a maximum print size of 400 x 400 mm and can handle flat substrates from 50 µm upwards. 4 cameras over the feeding area check the position of image / sheet for each individual sheet. SPS® TechnoScreen will display one of the most accurate flat bed screen printing presses in the world! The ATMAGP 50PP series is equipped with 4 cameras for registration and reaches a print repeatability of ˂ 15 µm. The machine is used for printed electronics and cover lenses. The 50PP is quick to set up and therefore very suitable for small runs and laboratory work. Looking forward to meet you at LOPEC 2017, March 29 - 30 Messe München, hall B0, booth 106.

SPS® TechnoScreen is the exclusive distributor for ATMA® High-End Industrial Flat Bed Equipment in Europe. ATMA® is the leading specialist for high-accuracy flat bed camera controlled screen printing machinery within the fields of printed electronics, both flexible and rigid, automotive dials, FIM / IMD technology as well as glass printing. On show will be two versions of automatic and semi-automatic machinery: ATMATIC MF66/F for flexible circuits and ATMAGP 50PP for small size high-accuracy flexible and /or rigid materials. SPS® TechnoScreen will participate in the upcoming GLASSTEC exhibition in Duesseldorf, September 20 - 23, 2016. In our stand: Hall 12, stand C24 we will have the high precision ATMA PP50 machine operational. This small size, camera controlled flat bed printer reaches print accuracy of ˂30µm and is used for glass cover lenses for smart phones and tablets. On going video demo on fully automatic screen printed glass decoration for appliance-, architectural- and automotive glass. Die GLASSTEC öffnet Ihre Türen vom 20. – 23. September 2016 in Düsseldorf. Auf unserem Stand: Halle 12, Stand C24 werden wir die ATMA PP50 Maschine mit hoher Präzision betriebsbereit zeigen. Diese kleine Flachbettdruckmaschine wird mit Kameraüberwachung gesteuert. Mit der ATMA PP50 wird das Deckglas von Smartphones sowie Tablets bedruckt und sie erreicht eine Druckgenauigkeit von < 30µm.
