Even as a child you already go through life with the concept of ‘trial & error’ to gain experience. I have two sweet little Power Gods at the moment myself, who start to say ‘NO’ to everything :-) This relates a lot to the red level of consciousness, which is egocentric, impulsive, dominant, and control-driven. In ST we do not only work with the horse to find balance but also on ourselves in all aspects of life. Mein kleiner ‚Late Night‘ wächst in einer Herde von 15 Junghengsten auf, die sich immer wieder auf einen Besuch freuen. Es ist einfach toll zu sehen, wie natürlich und unbeschwert er aufwachsen darf :-) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ My little ‚Late Night‘ is growing up in a bachelor herd of 15 young stallions. They are all very curious if a visitor shows up and it is just lovely to see how natural and unspoiled they are :-)

Straightness Training did not only help my horse to find balance, but also showed me ways to be a balanced mom, wife, Instructor, friend, sister or just a human being instead of a human doing. Canter work

“Work in progress “ Misfit ist von Natur aus kein Pferd, das gerne galoppiert, schon gar nicht versammelt, was aber nötig ist um alle Seitengänge im Gleichgewicht und mit Eleganz auszuführen. Durch den logischen Aufbau von Straightness Training ist er über die Jahre stärker, fitter und muskulöser geworden. Ausgeglichen, nicht nur physisch sondern auch auf mentaler und emotionaler Ebene. Nun ist er soweit, dass er beginnt sich in Selbsthaltung zu tragen und unter meinem Schwerpunkt bleibt ohne ihn dabei zu sehr unterstützen zu müssen. Trotz seiner fast 20 Jahre geht es immer weiter, vielleicht etwas langsamer aber dafür stetig und zufrieden, denn wir wissen alle…“Wer rastet der rostet“ :-) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Misfit is from nature not a horse, which likes to canter and especially not connected and collected. But this is needed to be able to perform all side movements in a balanced and elegant way. By following the logical system of Straightness Training and addressing constantly the 6 keys Misfit became more strong, fit and muscular not only physically but also more balanced mentally and emotionally. Now he begins to canter more in a horizontal way instead of downhill and both our center of masses are aligned to each other. He is almost 20 years of age but we keep going, maybe in a slower pace but in favor happy and satisfied :-)
