[BETRIEBLICHES GESUNDHEITSMANAGEMENT] Unser erster #Gesundheitstag gestern zum Thema Rücken war ein voller Erfolg! Besonders der Balance-Test mit seinem Wettbewerbscharakter traf den Nerv unserer Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter. Aber sowohl der Back-Check als auch der Wirbel-Check wurden gut angenommen und brachten für uns alle viele neue Erkenntnisse und Ideen, wie wir unsere #Gesundheit verbessern können. Unser Dank geht an die Betreuerinnen und Betreuer der Geräte, die auch nach über sieben Stunden alle Kolleginnen und Kollegen kompetent beraten und betreut haben. Auf unseren nächsten Gesundheitstag im Rahmen des Betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagements freuen wir uns schon heute! /FH . . . [OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH MANAGEMENT] Our first health day yesterday about the back was a great success! Especially the balance test with its competitive character hit the nerve of our employees. But both the back-check and the swirl-check were well received and brought us all new insights and ideas on how to improve our health. We would like to thank the supervisors of the devices who have competently advised and looked after all colleagues even after more than seven hours. We are really looking forward to our next health day today! /FH

[BETRIEBLICHES GESUNDHEITSMANAGEMENT] Auch wenn es am Ende leider nicht ganz für einen Sieg der Jungs von Brose Bamberg gegen den FC Bayern Basketball gereicht hatte, sahen unsere glücklichen Gewinner der Karten-Verlos-Aktion zumindest ein spannendes Spiel. Wir sind uns sicher, dass bei unserem nächsten Besuch in der Brose Arena wieder ein Sieg raus springt und drücken Brose Bamberg für die nächsten Spiele und schweren Aufgaben die Daumen! /FH . . . [OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH MANAGEMENT] Even though it was not quite enough for Brose Bamberg's boys to win against FC Bayern Basketball at the end of the game, our lucky winners of the ticket raffle action saw at least an exciting match. We are sure that on our next visit to Brose Arena Brose Bamberg will win again. We will keep our fingers crossed for the upcoming matches and difficult tasks! /FH

[BETRIEBLICHES GESUNDHEITSMANAGEMENT] Du weißt, du hast den besten Arbeitgeber der Welt, wenn er für dich und deine Kollegen 20 (!) Karten für das bereits seit langem ausverkaufte Topspiel der easyCredit Basketball Bundesliga zwischen dem aktuellen Tabellenführer FC Bayern Basketball und dem deutschen Meister und Pokalsieger Brose Bamberg organisiert hat. Diese Karten wurden heute morgen von unserer Glücksfee ausgelost und werden an die glücklichen Gewinnerinnen und Gewinner verteilt. Seit letzter Woche hängen die Listen für die angebotenen Module zum Eintragen aus - und werden sehr gut angenommen. Allerdings gibt es auch noch genug freie Slots für interessierte Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter, sodass jeder die Möglichkeit hat, an dem Gesundheitstag teilzunehmen, keine Angst ;) Wir hoffen, mit unserem Gesundheitstag im Rahmen des Betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagements einen weiteren Schritt nach vorne zu machen und in erster Linie allen Kolleginnen und Kollegen unserer Konrad Friedrichs GmbH & Co. [VERMISCHTES] Auch wenn eine unserer Gruppen im Exitmobil Bayreuth leider "erstickte", hatte der Abend doch seinen Zweck als Teambuilidng-Maßnahme erfüllt. Glücklicherweise haben die zwei übrigen Gruppen unsere Ehre gerettet und die beiden anderen Exit-Rooms gelöst. Unser besonderer Dank geht an das gesamte Team des Exitmobils Bayreuth, die ihre Aktionen alleine auf Spendenbasis aufbauen und eine Menge Herzblut in die Räume gesteckt haben und nach wie vor stecken. [MIXED] Even though one of our groups unfortunately "suffocated" in the Exitmobil Bayreuth, the evening had served its purpose as a teambuilng measure. Luckily, the other two groups saved our honor and solved the their exit rooms. Our special thanks go to the entire team of the Exitmobil Bayreuth, who build their actions solely on donations basis and put a lot of heart and soul in the rooms. For our meeting of three locations, it was just the right thing to strengthen our team spirit. /FH

[KOOPERATION] Am vergangenen Mittwoch stellte das Elefant Racing Bayreuth-Team der Uni Bayreuth das Konzept für ihren neusten Rennwagen für die kommende Saison - den FR18 Siegfried - vor. Als stolzer Kooperationspartner sind wir der Einladung gerne nach Bayreuth, Germany gefolgt und konnten uns vor Ort vor dem Engagement und Einsatz der Studierenden überzeugen. As a proud cooperation partner, we gladly accepted the invitation to Bayreuth and were able to convince ourselves of the commitment of the students. Team Captain Vera Scheurich explained to us on the basis of last year's cars the idea behind the car and made us aware that there is certainly one or the other free space on the new speedster for our logo ;) For the forthcoming competitions this season at the Formula Student Netherlands, the Formula Student Austria and the Formula Student Germany GmbH this season, we wish the team all the best and much success! /FH
