Vacation appartments in a cozy villa in the Bavarian Alps We want you to feel at home in our rustic and country style furnished Vacation Apartments. The Vacation Apartments are all with separate Living & Sleeping Quarters.

One apartment has a fireplace. There are also Radio/CD player, Microwave, Telephone, Cable TV,

Balcony or Terrace, Garden with Water Fountain, Mountain Views, Parking, Sauna & Whirlpool.

We are in the vicinity of Spa Facilities and NATO-School. Dogs permitted per personal request.

You can relax from the everyday tensions on the big covered Balcony or the Terrace with the Pond and Fountain and enjoy the wonderful mountain view of the Kofel, Not, and Laber.
  
Two Vacation Apartments are in a newly renovated separate House. The Vacation Apartment House and the attached Family Home show a lot of interior country woodwork and also decorative Balconies with Flower Baskets.

The comfortable furnished apartment on the ground floor has a country style living room, big eating area, small sofa, Open fireplace, small kitchen, shower, toilet , the bedroom is decorated in rustic country style and has access tothe terrace. A rollaway bed is available per request.

Accommodations up to 4 persons.

In winter you can start your cross country skiing right behind our home. Miniature Golf is available within 2 minutes. he Sports Center , Swimming Pool, (Wellenberg), NATO-School and Spa Facilities are close by.

The apartments include dishes, Coffee Maker, Stove, Refrigerator with Freezer , Dishwasher, Color TV, Radio and Telephone. Living & Bedrooms are carpeted.
The Sauna and Solarium are in the Family Home and are available for a fee per request.

Included in your rental fee are, your overnight stay, heating, water, electricity, bedding and towels.

Check In is after 2pm, or per phone request earlier if available. Check Out is preferred by 10am.
