Besides the presentations of our colleagues, we had the chance for an exchange of information about successful projects. In the evening, we had a wonderful dinner together. Yesterday: LHY at JP Morgan Chase Challenge in Frankfurt 💪

Beside the visit of Chairman Tan on Tuesday, we welcomed a television crew in our plant in #Aschaffenburg on Wednesday. See attached the interview of Dr. Ulrich about the positive experiences with our Chinese Investor #WeichaiPower. Unfortunately the video is only available in German.

Tan Xuguang, Chairman of #Weichai Power and Shandong Heavy Industry Group, visited our new factory in #Aschaffenburg last Tuesday. The schedule of the day included a guided tour for Chairman Tan, and also meetings related to current and upcoming projects. Participants of the meetings were, besides the management board, representatives of involved departments.

What a wonderful day… Families and friends of our colleagues were invited to visit our new plant on Saturday, 13th of May. Even though the weather forecast was pretty bad it was a sunny and lovely day. Finally, we could show our production halls and the office-building to our families. Additionally, we prepared a lot for our guests e. g. a show of our foundry-apprentices, a Chinese culture-room, face painting for children... The unveiling of our new employee photo-collage was surely the highlight of the day. Big thanks to our volunteers and to all our guests. Yesterday was Girls’ Day - Future Prospects for Girls. Interested girls visited us for this year's "Girls Day" in our training workshop. At various stations, the girls could demonstrate their practical skills in the areas of electrical training, CAD, CNC technology and pneumatics . They were also given information on our industrial professions. Please note the upcoming event: Open day for apprenticeship at 24.06.2017!
