This is the perfect workshop for getting individual corrections on your postures and to also observe demonstrations of posture by our studio owner Trine Zafina. She has 11 years experience teaching Bikram Yoga, and 14 year experience practising. We will go through the 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises one by one. There will be plenty of room for posture questions and demonstrations. Attending this workshop will improve your yoga practise so much. You will learn how to reach the next stage of a posture. Get to know your practice and deepen your understanding of Bikram Yoga. Learn to pay attention to detail. Listen to your body. Learn about muscle contraction, mind body connection, how to use your strength to gain flexibility and use your flexibility to to find depth with proper form. Learn about intensity, consistency and precision. The 3 key elements to unlocking the magic of Bikram Yoga. This workshop is FREE if you are on a auto payment membership or 12 month membership. Today five different messages ticked into my inbox from my amazing Team Members @bikramcph ~ all the senders where frustrated and upset on mine and the studio's behalf. Some stranger, one oddly out of touch with the Laws of Karma, had placed a HUGE sign at our front door to the studio in Ryesgade. The sign stated "studio vesterbro - we do bikram yoga" ~ I thought to myself "Really??! Have the Saintly Yoga Business World Fallen so Low? What happen to etiquette and normal polite manners??!" What else to do, than shrug and move on with better things. After all this is a matter of 99% right is 100% wrong. We are the only 100% Original Bikram Yoga studio in Copenhagen.
