Cuckoo Hill Bootcamp offers group and individual strength and conditioning training, team building exercises for all ages and abilities. Cuckoo Hill Bootcamp was established in early 2013. It was set up by Tommie Costello who is a qualified Strength & Conditioning Coach and Personal Trainer.
Located on the R357, within close proximity of Athlone and Ballinasloe, Cuckoo Hill Bootcamp is centrally located and easily accessible.

Had such an amazing day out at cuckoo hill with the Karate Ireland kata squad 🥋🇮🇪 man was it tough, 20 degree heat and lots of running and hills ☠️ even though it was hard I loved every minute of it.
