Taste of Excellence 2018 Gold Citation award winning artisan cakes and bakes made to order, using the finest ingredients, locally sourced where possible.. Hello everyone and welcome to my page, Foxy Cakes & Bakes.
I have been baking for almost as long as I can remember, starting off at my Mum's side, making cakes and pastries.
In 2013, I set up Foxy Cakes & Bakes to enable me to share my love of baking with like minded people and to offer the public the chance to buy and try my cakes and bakes.
Whilst the demand for celebration cakes is probably the greatest, I also enjoy making macarons, tarts, cupcakes, cake pops, biscuits and cookies......the list is endless.
I am registered with East Lindsey District Council and have been awarded a 5 star food hygiene rating. Wherever possible, I try to use locally sourced ingredients and always use free range, grade A eggs. I am able to cater for gluten-free/dairy-free diets as required.
In addition to fulfilling personal cake and bake orders, I am experienced in supplying coffee shops and venues with traditional cakes such as Victoria Sandwiches, chocolate cake, lemon drizzle cake, cupcakes etc. and also traybakes such as brownies, millionaires' shortbread, biscuits, etc..
One of my proudest baking achievements was to reach the final interviews of The Great British Bake Off in 2016. Since then, I have been a regular member of The Lunchbunch on BBC Radio Lincolnshire.

Sue asked me to make this Chocolate Jumble Cake for her husband’s special birthday. Inside is a triple layer chocolate cake filled with chocolate fudge buttercream. Decorated with a chocolate lace collar, chocolate meringue kisses, millionaires shortbread, Mikado biscuits, milk & white chocolate buttons, Oreo biscuits & Galaxy Ripple bars.
