The villas all have 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom downstairs  and 2 upstairs, all en suite with bath and shower in the main bedroom), an open kitchen, dining area and living room.  They are furnished to a high standard.  They have a private swimming pool and a private garage. The famous Nissi Beach is only a 10 minute walk away. There are many restaurants, shops and bars within walking distance. The centre of Agia Napa is less than 2 km away (20 minutes on foot or 4 minutes by taxi).  Bus stops that are served by buses towards Ayia Napa Center/Protaras and Nissi Beach/Waterpark/Larnaca are within walking distance.


Facilities include:
1.     WiFi Internet access (FREE), 42'' LED TV, DVD player, Satellite TV.
                                                                                                                                                                      

2.     Air conditioning in all bedrooms, kitchen, dining and living area.

3.    Fully equipped kitchen including Fridge/Freezer, Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Electric Kettle, Washing Machine.  Also Electric Iron and Hair Dryer.

5.    The villa is cleaned after all departures and prepared for new arrivals with clean linen and towels.  For the first week there will be a midweek change of  towels and for each subsequent week of stay there will be a change of linen and towels and a midweek change of towels.

6.    Outdoors: Terrace, private pool, private garden, shower, sun beds, 3 side tables, garden table with 6 chairs and an umbrella, barbecue.

7.   Safe-boxes are installed in all the villas.

8.    The owner of the villa lives in Agia Napa, so in case of any emergencies he is only a phone call away.

Rental rates range from €770 to  €1435 per week depending on the period the booking is for.
