Our duties to the clients are:
Looking for real estates or offering real estate for sale, exchange or rental.
Giving our opinion of the market value of the real estate.
Mediating in negotiations.
Warning the client of the disadvantages of the real estate.
Advertising supply and demand of the real estate on our web site and in different media.
Offering legal support, help with solving property-rights issues, checking property papers in the land register, and after the tax has been paid, we do registration of the deeds in the land register.
Making sales contracts, exchange or rental contracts.
