Viva ltd. is a HACCP certified natural spring water factory. Viva ltd. is located at the south of the Republic of Croatia, near Dubrovnik, at the heart of the Konavle valley. The name Konavle originates from the Latin word canalis, meaning a channel (irrigation channel). The ruins of Roman aqua duct, wich streched from Konavle to historical town Epidaurus (today Cavtat) are visible even today.
Thanks to water, Konavle valley has always been fruitful, and the quality of local water has been highly ranked. Thereby, the fact that Viva ltd. was openned in Konavle does not surprise.
Viva ltd. has been growning slowly. In spring 2001, after spending long time waiting for the necessary permits, the construction of the building started, and was finished in 2003. The production of water started in 2004, while the first bottles of Viva water reached consumers at the end of spring 2004.
