We are family Jakovljev who run this holiday accommodation since 1980. Our Adria apartments are  situated in Biograd (city in northern Dalmatia of Croatia) in peacefull,quiet and green environment  just 60 meters from the beach.  Our residence includes 8 apartments for 2+2 people , and 4 studio apartments for 2 people.
All apartments have one bedroom for 2 people (with a double bed), bathroom with shower, spacious fully equipped kitchen and living- room (with a comfrotable sofa-bed for 2 people) and balcony with magnificent sea view. Each apartment has SAT/TV, air condition, internet Wi-Fi and parking place all included in the price.
Studios offer standard accommodation for  2 people. It is a room (with a double bed) with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. Studios have no balcony and no sea view. Each studio

The accommodations are surrounded by garden full of greenery and in the privacy of the property there is open grill available for outdoor pleasure.
