Northern Thailand once used to be Lanna Kingdom, which its central nowadays is located at Chiang-Mai. The kingdom was powerful enough to expand its territory and colony in Southeast Asia, influencing North of Thailand with plenty of mixed international culture and also food. Moreover, the landscape of Northern Thailand is covered with plateau and high mountains. So the food is normally cooked with the ingredients that easily gathered in the forest such as wild fruits and vegetables. Ingredients aside, Northern food is somewhat overcooked and usually not extremely flavored, especially not sour. Some might said that it’s a bit mild compared with other regions in Thailand. But flavorful still. Here at CachaCacha in Sanlitun, Beijing. You can try the genuine Northern Thai Food, just exactly like you are at Chiang-Mai. Having a wonderful meal from our top Thai chefs is a great way to chill out with loved ones. --------- #thai #Thailand #bangkok #chiangmai #north #northern #genuine #authentic #original #food #foodporn #thaifood #foodstagram #foodie #instafood #asiancuisine #asia #asian #asianfood #cuisine #kitchen #restaurant #cook #cooking #chef #cachacachabj

Thai food is known to be one of the most popular dishes among other international cuisines because of its abundance flavors and aromas. As we all might be familiar with the idea that Thai Jasmine Rice is the world's finest rice, so most of Thai food is normally made of rice, sticky rice, and the products of rice. Moreover, people usually think that Thai food is all about spiciness. YES, we frequently use chili and plenty of herbs but not with everything. Thailand is also a place where you could easily find the diversity of vegetable and fruit. Since we take advantage of this freshness of veggie, then most of the dishes are full of healthiness. Moreover, the stunning coastal scenery of Southern Thailand is not only for leisure but also for fishery. Plenty of seafood in Thailand is delivered from there and imported from all over the world. Because Thai food is famous for its profusion of recipe, we geographically subdivide Thai food into big 4 different sorts: Central, Northern, Northeastern, and Southern Food. We guarantee that it’s all savory and recommend you to add having authentic Thai food in your bucket list! Ps. This mouthwatering picture is only an example from an abundant yummy recipes of each region :) --------- Photo: Wongnai.com Board.postjung.com Siamzonelotto.com Yummygallery.com #thai #Thailand #thaifood #foodporn #food #north #northeast #south #central #bangkok #BKK #city #asiancuisine #kitchen #cook #cooking #cuisine #restaurant #streetfood #spicyfood #spicy #rice #herb #veggies #fruit #salad #cachacachabj

Since Bangkok, the capital city of Thailand, is one of the Special Administrative Provinces, so some might said that there are only 76 provinces in Thailand instead of 77. However, all of the provinces can also be geographical divided into six regions, which are Central, Northern, North-Eastern, Eastern, Southern, and Western Thailand. As a result, with over 67 million citizens, each region of the country has its own unique culture, language, fashion, and even food. But one thing in common is that we all surely have summer season hahaha. --------- Photo: thaikobe.com #thai #Thailand #bangkok #BKK #region #regional #geographic #province #divide #together #common #hot #heat #summer #culture #language #fashion #style #food #thaifood #capital #city #country

คชา is an original Thai word literally means elephant, pronounced as ca-cha in English. Elephant is not only representing the national animal of Thailand, but also used to be a symbol in Thailand's national flag back in 1817-1916. In the past, not like Western countries that used horses, Thai's elephant was symbolic of a warfare animal, the King and elephant were always fought against all the enemies side by side. So whenever we talk about Cacha, Thailand always somehow calls to mind. This name is chosen to show you how authentic Thai food is served here. Not only one Cacha but twice! We are CachaCacha! Last but not least, to answer one of the FAQs, we, Thai people currently don't use the elephants as our vehicles, we also use cars or subway for transportation just like the rest of the world :D --------- Photo: t-h-a-i-l-a-n-d.org pirun.ku.ac.th munzfree.com prsociety.net #thai #Thailand #flag #thaiflag #king #war #weapon #nation #national #history #historic #historical #orginal #elephant #animal #animallovers #dumbo #planet #bangkok #Bkk #cacha #cachacachabj

Hi! Today, we officially join the website called “SHERPA’s” for a delivery service in Beijing. If you still hesitate to try Thai Food, this is a great opportunity to have one ;) Everything is selling at the same prices like you are at our restaurant at Sanlitiun. But the great thing is, we offer a special menu only for customers who order via SHERPA. It is an authentic Thai dessert: “MaMeoung NumPraWan” or sour green mango platter, served with chili-salt & sweety sauce. This is a healthy dessert though. Our operation is now opened from Monday to Thursday (11:00 to 21:00). See www.sherpa.com.cn for the most updated menu and ordering online!

Thank you everyone again for coming yesterday and showing interest in participating in our Songkran festival. Hope you love our fresh coconut and another thai drink. We have got a lot of questions about a latter. It is a combination of lemongrass, pandan, and sea coconut, freshly made at our restaurant from the imported ingredients. Yesterday was a joyful day, we were also splashing water like what we usually did in Thailand on Songkran day :) Last but not least, since we received lots of attention at the event yesterday, we apologise for any inconvenience we might have caused, and thank you for your patience.
