So today was a new level, we did an event for the Boy Scouts in Welland, we donated our day and a $200 birthday for this event. Lemurs being lemurs climbed to the roof and ran around the rafters, we watched them and cleaned up any accidents or put down blankets to catch any if needed. One missed our attention and supposedly peed in a vendors $100 purse; that she had under her table (I know, first question, how did he pee through a plastic table?) A volunteer cleaned up what was on the floor and after listening to her complaint I apologized and offered to give her the $100 for the purse. Her reply, " I guess but your not getting the purse". She wanted me to give her $100 but she keeps the purse! And we're terrible people because the animals are more important to us than an ugly purse. When the organizer approached her and asked to see the damage so we could come to a resolution she refused. But she loves animals, she got her picture taken with one! We give our lives for ourselves! Our home, our property, and our money but we're the terrible people!

We've been receiving messages and calls asking if we're open for March Break, unfortunately it is too muddy and cold yet for the primates. Hopefully with the warmer weather it will dry up soon. Keep watching and we will post as soon as we are accepting visitors again. Thank you
