At FCA we offer expert martial arts and self defense training.
Our structure is one of adaptability, we foster ones self expression through the art. We are grounded in personalized approaches and follow the Jeet Kune Do philosophy.
We provide methods and techniques passed through generations of martial artists from O'sensei Morihei Ueshiba to legendary grandmaster Ip Man.
Our Style is that of no style, in removing the constraints of any particular style we are able to use all styles from krav maga to tai chi thus creating a more complete and balance practitioner.

Our program focuses on real world training that strengthens all muscle groups, improves flexibility and endurance. While strength and stamina are important, explosive endurance is key and requires a balance of both worlds.
Balance is also improved through stance & agility training.
