Although our announcement to close was announced suddenly, I want everyone to know that we are maintaining our catering portion of Sugar and Spice , all our scheduled caterings are our priority along with new ones Our hotdog cart is still available for venues and if timing works well for us ; we do hope to have our road side cafe (food truck ) up and on the road by summer 2017 Any questions please feel free to message me

It is with great sadness that I am announcing the Closure of Sugar and Spice I want to thank everyone who has supported us over the last two years , it was amazing meeting so many wonderful people and many that I now call my friend We were welcomed into the community and greatly supported ; unfortunately due to many different reasons the decision to close is what works best for myself and my family I encourage everyone to come in and utilize and gift certificates that you may have , will be be open from 11:00 until 2:30 Monday -Friday Until October 28th as this will be our last day We will be hosting a final Saturday evening supper on Saturday November 12th and requesting reservations be made This will be the final opportunity to use gift certificates Thank you so much

To everyone who misses Saturday morning waffles , be sure to stop in at the harvest market on Saturday October 1st You will find me there serving fresh Belgian waffles with warm local Apple compote and real maple syrup provided by one of our vendors I will also be serving cream of turkey soup and scones Wayne will be on the hotdog cart outside if your craving a jumbo sausage or dog We will have oven ready cabbage rolls to take home and all your treats for thanksgiving Support a great cause Bid on the silent auction and start your Christmas shopping early or just come out and treat yourself Asking for a non perishable food donation in lieu of an entry fee To support north Huron food share

With mixed emotions we will no longer be open for Breakfast We would like to thank our clients who frequently enjoyed dining with us for Breakfast; however in order to effectively operate a business we have chosen to take the opportunity to enhance our catering venues and improve our lunch options We will now be offering two or three homemade soups of the day and ensuring we have freshly baked pies and tarts daily Lunches will open at 11:00 am Hope to see you soon
