Surprised us with how nervous we both were day of (I was worked up for him haha). 😊Thanks for your prayers, encouragement, & support! 💕We bought his Level 8 theory book & supplies on the weekend & we are moving forward! Joel is headed to his Level 4 RCM piano exam as we speak. He’s fast tracking to get credentials quicker (they let you do that if you can keep up with the gruelling demands). His level 8 theory (music math) will be next! Proud of him as a lot of music teachers teach without any education other than experience (But we see the importance of having both). Who knew his 10 years of piano lessons as a child & band camp with Cadets, etc, would be put to the test & built upon! Thanks for your prayers! - Heidi (& Joel)

You know you are a parent when: celebrating the December Music Recital completion entails taking the whole fam jam to McDonald’s and getting both kiddos their own “Happy Meals” including new books. 😊😜 My how my life has changed. 👍🎄 In my 10th school year of teaching! Highlight of the day so far: Joel & I were “jamming” & practicing for various music events coming up. I was on Guitar & vocals, Joel was on ukulele & vocals. We handed our 2.5 year old son our “bells instrument” and he kept it in perfect rhythm the whole time he played! I think we are raising a very musically inclined boy! 😍If my hands hadn’t been full with my guitar I would have taken a video! Have a great weekend everyone! Enjoy this Christmas season! The time slot is from: 4pm - 4:30pm on Tuesdays. 🙂 Options of instruments on this day are: - piano - ukulele - drums - Guitar Music theory/music math are a part of each lesson as well. 🎼 We offer 3 guaranteed remakes per school year and 2 Recitals a year as well. 👍 RCM exams & Music Festivals optional.
