This week's Hub Spotlight is shining bright on Mix! They produce handmade, small batch granola and granola products. You can find their products at a number of retailers at the Regina Farmers' Market Cooperative, the Food Hub Market Best Food Forward and the following Regina retailers: Italian Star Deli Northside Market & More Takeaway Gourmet And at Black Bridge Brewery in Swift Current and Fourth & James Bakery in Lumsden. They've been experimenting with some great new granola blends including some savoury flavours for salads, roasted vegetables, charcuterie and ploughman’s boards.
