Did you know that Tandoori stands for ‘Tandoori’ in Indian (Indian Tandoori)?
Tandoori Nation Restaurant opened on June 15th 2013 and is a family
owned and operated restaurant in Prince George, BC that offers their
customers a variety of dishes from Western to traditional and modern
Indian cuisine!
Sunny, Kirti along with Preeti and the rest of the family have plans
on expanding Tandoori Nation Restaurants across the country in the
near future.
Tandoori Nation offers a nice variety of Indian and Western dishes for
everyone’s taste. A combination of approximately 50 dishes on the menu
– Half Western Food and the other Half Indian food!
The restaurant seats approx 128 people and also has a patio for a
great outdoor dining experience!
If you are looking for a place to hold gatherings to accommodate
approx 100 people (family, friends, weddings, stags, Small business
Christmas parties, etc) Tandoori Nation has just the right sized
banquet hall for your event.
Tandoori Nation Restaurant is open 7 days a week 10.30am – 10pm for
your dining experience.
They offer take out, delivery and order in dining options.
The menu offers something for everyone’s taste.
Aside from the menu you will find a nice assortment of dishes on their
lunch and dinner buffet. It gives you an opportunity to sample a
variety of dishes that you can also order from their menu!
The lunch buffet costs: $14.99 and is on from 11:30am-2:30pm – 7 days per week
The dinner buffet costs: $17.99 and is on from 4pm-8:30pm – 7 days per week
Expanded Weekend dinner buffet (over 21 dishes to choose from) starts
at 4pm – 8:30pm – 7 days a week.
The Samosas (Veggie and Beef) and Naan bread are like no other and the most popular Indian dishes loved by many is our Butter Chicken.

Today’s Lunch Special (11.30 am to 2.00pm) Makki ki Roti Sarson Ka Saag just $11.99... Sarson ka Saag is a traditional Punjabi dish. Come winter and the fields of Punjab and its neighbouring states are golden yellow with the colour of the mustard flowers, gently blowing in the breeze. In every Punjabi household, and most restaurants, Sarson ka Saag is a popular dish and can be eaten at every meal accompanied with Makki ki Roti. The dish is made from Sarson/ Mustard leaves to which smaller quantities of Palak/Spinach and Bathua/Wild Spinach are added. Though each household has its own tempering method using ginger, garlic, onions, the main method of cooking the greens slowly with a lot of love, remains the same.
