Cost is: $10 for existing $40 for new. New clients will get a trial pack with their registration, you can give them the option of the trial pack of $30 towards their 30 day lean and fit program. You will get a meal plan, shopping lists, recipe ideas, 1 on 1 coaching & Facebook group chat for accountability & support.
