With humble roots, the Cow Cafe has been operating for over twenty five years in the picturesque town of Lake Cowichan. Over the last decade, Chef David Sharrow has been catering to the Cowichan Valley area. As owner of the popular Cow Café & Cookhouse, he has been at the forefront of the culinary scene in the Cowichan Valley. David has earned an Award & Article in the June 2010 issue of YFM Magazine for his inspiration of using local foods & wines within their menus.
