It sometimes is quite interesting how emotions flow and how stressed some customers can be... all day yesterday a customer kept phoning about the crew and we could tell she was stressed so we simply were as nice as we could be with her. By the time unloading started whe had calmed down and by the time the move ended the boys got a $100 tip. It is a lesson though as to how stressed customers can be by the time the movers arrive.
First call of the day today a repeat customer. Can i have shea again on my move. Thank you Bev for your business once again!
