Deep rooted, the idea for another way really began to take form with the birth of our son, and a commitment to a healthier lifestyle. With a bit of experimenting and a lot of love, the transition from moderate meat eaters to vegetarians, to vegan; from canned vegetables and prepared meals to wholesome, organic, raw cooking, was .... fun and easy.

With our long standing, and mislead concerns in the rear, we were not only eating more consciously, but we felt better, had more energy and we were happier.

With the recent birth of our little girl, the discussions continued, but more in astonishment that not only were we all vegan, but that we were eating healthier, tastier foods, on a grocery bill that was significantly less expensive. The birth of Melissa's Meatless Meals... :)

With our blessings well in hand, this became our opportunity to pay it forward. To offer high quality vegan meals at an affordable price, and to teach anyone interested in a different way. As much as we love that you might love our food, there's no substitute for home cooking in the company of family and friends. We are all to pleased to have an opportunity in helping with your journey;
