The Japanese Kanji letters stand for authentic taste and its pronunciation means cozy and peaceful. We offer contemporary Japanese cuisine with pride and passion that is appealing to those who truly enjoy food.
We use only fresh and quality ingredients from reliable resources, which are intricately prepared with care utilizing traditional Japanese cuisine technique, great experience and proper knowledge for handing raw food to make the best use of ingredients.
Each meal is prepared fresh to ensure the utmost in quality. We appreciate your consideration of the time this requires. Sushi is technically such a simple dish yet needs a profound technique to execute. For that reason, we are particular about freshness, quality fish and ingredients, and perfectly cooked fluffy sushi rice. Needles to say, we prepare fish and dishes in-house as much as possible.
