Willow Tree News: Wednesday’s PA Day was a hit. Due to the very rainy day the kids were able to access the gym. They worked together to create a runway and they put on a fashion show. There were camera men, builders, singing and lots of fun, as well many fun games and free play. Once back in the program room a Wild West theme erupted with wanted posters, hats, costumes and a lot of imagination. Preschool and Toddler programs are working on Me and My Family, Valentines, and Pets for the month of February. We are celebrating belonging as a family. We have family pictures displayed, talking about who is in our family, family trees and we added a Pet Shop to our dramatic corner as pets are part of a lot of families. Shovels and Sleds got pushed aside in the play yard to make room for our bikes. It’s a first to have bikes out in February but we know that the snow will come back again and make our play yard a winter wonderland again. We had some scrumptious treats drops off for all of our staff to enjoy. A big “Thank You” goes out to our CCU appreciation committee. Staff certainly appreciated them.
