Check out these jade plants, I started them from leaf cuttings nearly 3 years ago. Jade are slow-growing and pretty well thrive on neglect (my kind of plant 😉😉), they look super cute in these thrifted teacups! I have topped the soil in each with moss, they look like little fairy gardens a bit don't they? See the pinned post to top of the page for individual pics!

Wonky/improv star block with scrappy center. This might be a bit "much" but I'm going to make a few more and see if it works as a bigger set. Not sure if I'll do all yellow stars or multi-coloured!

When you have an idea floating around in your head and it works out as planned 👊 One of my many (too many 😳) jade plant cuttings in a small mason jar with quilted cozy. The lace overlay is from my wedding dress 👰

How fun are these prints from Spoonflower.com? I thought they'd be fun to incorporate into some coffee cozies or potholders. I think the ice cream one is my fave 🍦

First time in weeks at my sewing machine, I was able to finish up a pillow using leftover blocks from the baby blanket I posted a while back. I added some scrappy sashing to make it bigger and quilted minimally as it is busy enough on its own! Backed in leftover minky with a hidden zipper so the cover can be removed and washed. Next to one of my fave finishes, the navy patchwork heart on linen. Slowly making a collection! 😊

Oh hi, 🙋🏻 I'm still here! I was hoping to get to a Christmas sale but I have not been able to carve out much creative time lately with a baby who refuses to nap 😴🚫 If anyone is interested in any of the items I have in stock that I have previously posted let me know! I have updated items that have sold and prices are on each photo. Meanwhile, here's a set of stockings I finally finished for our first Christmas as a family of 4, can't wait to see what Santa fills them with 🎅

Slowly adding to the new nursery, I had the mini quilts up in my sewing area but I think they're better here! I did up the little wall hanging with some yarn bits, fabric scraps, driftwood, and beads. It might be a little too scrappy even for me, yes/no? It's something that I had in my head and just had to get it out... I think I'll take a few of the strips off to see if it's better when a bit less busy. But I'm still loving the aqua/grey combo 😊
