... Roy's Towing and Recovery is local in Centre Wellington. We travel where required and do so around the clock. We are fully insured and wreck master certified. All of our trucks are maintained for safety on a regular basis in our Ford diesel repair shop located at the same location as our impound and storage lot in Elora near the Tim Horton's.
  
Our main objective is that everyone gets home safe and sound. No break down, recovery, accident, flat tire or anything that needs our assistance is worth more than our lives.
  
We work for you the owner or driver of the vehicle. If you have been involved in accident it's important you know your rights and responsibility's right from the time of the accident. In some cases a lot of confusion happens immediately after a crash, and you can be led in several different directions at the scene. The most important thing you need to remember is that YOU the vehicle owner or driver has the decision as to who takes care of the tow, the rest falls into place once we have been called by you or the police. We start the next steps in getting you to where you need to be weather it is home, to a rental car or just somewhere you'd rather be.
  
We work for you not your insurance company. This can be very misleading and complicated stage of getting back on the road. Not only has your vehicle been taken by this accident, but your time off work, the endless phone calls back and forth with the under writer, and of course your settlement are all things we work with you on to insure you get the up most care possible. Insurance companies use many different tactics to run down the value of your auto to avoid paying out more than what you deserve, we have seen this hundreds of times. We've been located in town Centre Wellington since 2008 starting with our little black wheel lift truck and have grown from there to offering long haul expediting in our straight truck.  Boy how times have changed and quick.
