Peanut and Lucky We love sending lucky and peanut to hotel balto!!! The place is well kept and clean, and when we leave them we feel like they remain in the comfort of their home. Jake I took Jake to Hotel Balto 3 years ago for his first hair cut and have been doing so ever since. Finn I can't tell you how happy we were with the way you and the staff treated and took care of Finn. We were so pleased with his new hairdo. We thought that he was cute before, but you guys did such a good job on him that we actually think he's more adorable than ever!! Thank you so much for the excellent job you did with him. Chanel Mon expérience à l’Hôtel Balto est formidable. Depuis que Chanel est toilettée par Amélie, Chanel est propre, le poil est bien taillé selon mes demandes et elle sent bon. Elle est beaucoup plus calme lorsqu’elle revient à la maison, elle est épuisée, mais moins nerveuse qu’avant. Le service que vous nous offrez est très bien et professionnel. Les rendez-vous sont bien respectés, la durée du toilettage est très raisonnable. Je n’ai que des félicitations à vous faire. Rusty I am more than impressed with the service we get every time we bring Rusty for grooming. We had gone to a few different places prior to bringing him to your hotel with unfortunately very negative results. Dropping him off was never an issue, but trying to take him back always was. You can't hide rough or mishandling on a dog. If they don't feel comfortable returning to a place, there is generally a reason. We have been bringing Rusty to your hotel for over a year now for regular grooming. Not only are we extremely happy with the quality of the grooming that Amelie provides, we are even more impressed with how happy Rusty when we bring him there and pick him up. He is clearly very well treated while he is in your care and That is of the utmost importance to us. We greatly appreciate it, and would not hesitate recommending your hotel to anyone who is looking for top notch care for their pets. Thank you very much for your care and dedication. Bill Wutke

Cashew I've been bringing my dog to Hotel Balto for 3 years now and it's always been a great experience. The service is great and the staff is always welcoming. I'm always greeted by name and with a smile. It shows that they care greatly about pets. Mezzo et Mya Lorsque Mezzo et Mya vont à l'hôtel Balto, ils savent qu'ils seront en bonne compagnie pour la durée de leur séjour, même si ce n'est que pour un toilettage. Le personnel de l'hôtel les traite comme s'ils étaient leurs bébés et Mezzo et Mya leur font entièrement confiance. En plus, ils en sortent toujours comme des chiens de calendrier (et ils sentent bon!). Monica Goudreau
