My name is Ciel and I am an in-home costume seamstress. I design and create custom costumes for conventions. Feel free to contact me for more information! Rates differ depending on each project. Depending on complexity and timeframe, rates can be higher or lower. Rest assured, the best quality shall be reached based upon my capability.

I would like to add that I am not limited to complex (or simple) costumes. I can do hems, buttons, and zipper repairs as well!
