Tonight at 7:30!!

Team reds mascot officially wins!!

If the power remains off classes tonight will be cancelled.

With the power still being out will be cancelling opening class.

Hey guys just so everyone is on the same page the gym will be closed off during the mobility classes that Brittany is offering. We are lucky to have this service and you are welcome to come and workout afterward.

Weightlifting classes on Thursday and Saturday will be cancelled now due to the open. Open workouts will be done 9am-11:45 and then 1-3pm. Thursday nights we will be watching the open announcement at the gym at 7pm.

A huge THANK YOU goes out to Steve and Jolyn from pharmasave in Carlyle for making the gym a safer place to get your heart rate up. They were generous enough to donate an AED to our organization. We will be having an info session on how to use the device in the near future.
