Congratulations to Sarah Ball for having her flower picked for Mother's for her nan Shirley Ball . Sarah loves her nan because....she loves me a lot..she lets me come to her house...she lets me play games..she lets me make up games and she hugs and kisses me. We will leave the flowers there for a few days and anyone that would like to take theirs can. We had 74 beautiful flowers on our wall. Thank you all for participating.

We will be doing the mothers day "i love my mom because" flowers draw on friday at 5 so make sure you get your flowers in, in time!

Mother's Day flowers have arrived!! Shop early to get the best pick!

50/50 draws coming to Burgeo Foodland soon! All you need to do is fill out a paper with your name , address and 10 digit telephone ☎️ number . Members of the Burgeo Lions Club will be at Foodland throughout next week to to give you your paper or you can pick it up from one of our friendly staff. Your name and number will then be entered into our system. You may only purchase one ☝️ ticket for that phone number for $2.00. This will run from Sunday to Saturday and will then be drawn. If you enter your number and do not purchase a ticket and your number is drawn that amount will be carried over to the next draw. All proceeds from this lottery will be donated to the Burgeo Lions Club.

The CYN will be at the store Friday afternoon on May 5th. They will be here to lend a helping help for a small donation if you wish. They will carry your groceries to your car and help you as much as possible. They are accepting donations for a buddy bench, a buddy bench is a seat that will be placed around the school and if someone is seen sitting there alone another student can sit with them and be their buddy. This is a great way to ensure that no one has to be alone. We appreciate your help in any way. Also on saturday may 6th members of our brownies and sparks will be at our store selling lemonade from 1-230pm. We appreciate your help in support our guiding movement!

🌺Mother's Day❤️ 🌼 I LOVE MY MOM/NAN BECAUSE.... Sunday May 14 is Mother's Day, the day we honor our Moms and Grandmothers. This year we will have a Wall of Fame at Foodland for our loved ones, Anyone can enter no matter the age. Just pick up your paper at Foodland and write on there why you love your Mom or Nan. You can even add a picture if you like! The lucky winner will receive a bouquet of flowers and a cake for their loved one. Show your Mom or Nan just how special she is! Happy Mother's Day!
