JBS Canada Centre Grande Opening on May 13! Opening ceremonies start at noon. Join us for a great time at our new facility. All activiites are free! City Council has committed over 20 million dollars to the renovation of the Lakeside Leisure Centre. The renovations to the facility included the demolition of the old Centennial Arena, the construction of a new multipurpose field house, the addition of space for the Brooks Public Library, additional space for short term use by groups and improved space for current users.
