Talondale Farm will be at the Royal Botanical Gardens Native Plant Sale tomorrow, Saturday, April 23 from 9am-Noon. This years event is being held at the Royal Botanical Gardens Rock Garden Parking Lot at 1209 York Blvd in Hamilton (See the attached map). We will have a native pollinator plants for sale so come early for best selection.

Check out this delicious Kale Salad recipe from our farm volunteer Kim Koren. Ingredients (Everything raw and organic): Salad: 1 large beet 1 large carrot 2 full kale leaves Dressing : 1 part Apple cider vinegar (with mother) 3 parts Olive oil Salt (to taste) Method: Cut the vegetables to desired shape and thickness. Mix together in a medium bowl. Measure and mix the dressing separately and drizzle over salad to your preference. Enjoy!
