The Bay of Quinte Yacht Club (BQYC) is located in the City of Belleville on the beautiful Bay of Quinte and a short walk from the newly revitalized downtown core.
Our club caters to the interests of both sailing and power boaters through our various events and programs in cruising, racing in keelboats or dinghies, sail training or simply socializing at the Long Reach Bar. We also have an active social calendar for our members with some events open to the public.
BQYC offers Sailing School to the public every year for kids, adults and families. We bring in champion coaches from around the world to teach in our programs and train our travelling race team.
BQYC is a community of volunteers that facilitate all activities at the club such as the organizing of events, building and grounds maintenance, sailing school and more.
The facility is also available to rent for events and can accomodate up to 100 seated guests in the dining room.
