Finished all three garden benches.

Working in Bath this week doing honey to do list for one of my customers. Was asked to fix a couple of garden benches and a pile of odds and ends around there place. Here a pic of one finished beside one of the old ones waiting to be done.

Woo Hoo another satisfied customer, finished the landing and passed final inspection by building inspector.

Finally the landing is complete, just have to pass final inspection.

Railings are all done and final inspection is on Monday . Just have to close in under landing and add a door for storage

Even with the rain today I still managed to get one railing on the stairs installed.

Past the second inspection from the building inspector and just about ready for final inspection.

installed the stairs today, and can't go any further until after the building inspector checks out and gives the go ahead to finish the landing. then will be installing the post and railing and closing in around the bottom of the landing and installing a door on one side to provide storage under the landing.

It's a work in progress, slowly getting there little by little. Poured a concrete pad for the stairs to sit on.

Building a landing for one of my neighbours, I took out concrete stairs and went to dig sono tubes and found block piers that went down six feet, so the inspector gave me the ok to use them instead of sono tubes. More pic to follow.
