This is Zeus and he has been coming for years to Paws Swim Therapy for hydrotherapy for what was thought was bilateral cruciate injuries. The changes that his family have made for him have made a remarkable difference to his health. They stopped vaccinations, only titre testing now, Zeus eats a homecooked diet along with a balancer and supplements. He has a holistic vet too and finally he has a beautiful coat again! His poor skin was a mess for years, loads of antibiotics, allergy serums etc,,,none of that worked but diet change and getting rid of the toxins from his body have worked! Zeus had to have a second dental surgery last month and we are hoping it is last. You have done well Zeusy!

This sweet almost 5 year old female German Shepherd has been coming in for hydrotherapy since early November. Last May, Tulip had an arthrotomy and OCD debridement preformed on her left hind stifle ( knee ). OCD ( osteochondritis dissecans ) which is a painful joint disease that causes lameness, vets believe it is hereditary and if the dog is overworked it worsens, it can appear in the shoulders, knees etc...When I first met Tulip she was still very lame 5 months post surgery and had lost alot of muscle mass. Well today we are happy to report that the vet is very pleased with her mobility, weight bearing alot more on her left hind leg and has gained alot of muscle back into the leg through hydrotherapy and land exercises. Tulip is fed a combination of fresh food and supplements and receives ongoing cartrophen injections. Tulip also has an animal chiropractor to check for misalignments too. She is absolutely lovely to swim! <3

I think Cash and I should start eating fresh oysters together! Not only are dogs deficient in zinc, many humans are too!

Happy 5th Birthday Ace! Enjoy your liver treats, see you soon! This rottie has been coming for hydrotherapy since last summer for right hind end lameness, after xrays the vet suspected a cruciate injury. The owners bought a brace to support his knees when walking, put him on mobility supplements, did Canine massage and animal Chiropractic. Needless to say Ace is a lot more comfortable and he loves to swim!
