Flip Out Trampoline Arena is Australia’s first & largest trampoline playground catering for all ages. First opened in Western Sydney, Flip Out aims to give you healthy & awesome fun through our massive trampolines, ball games, events, and more surprises to everyone’s enjoyment.
The idea first came about while the owner & CEO Brent Grundy was sitting in a play centre waiting for a kid’s party to finish and get over with. He looked around and noticed that 50% of the play centre was full of kids that were either too big or the event was half full of people with nothing to do but wait; and that the parents and guardians were extremely bored and drained from the noise.
He then decided to create a facility that would not only entertain the kids but also mum and dad, and even the grandparents… So Flip Out was born.

Looking for Kids Sports ideas for Term 1? Flip Out Nth Gong is now enrolling for Little Ninja's Classes for Term 1. Ninja's is basically gymnastics made super cool for kids. Beginners 4pm-5pm, Intermediate 5pm-6pm Classes run Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday Nights during the School Term with classes commencing Week 1 Term 1.

Flip Out is open 10am till 5pm most days over Christmas/New Year. Closed only on Christmas Day (25th), Boxing Day (26th) and New Years Day. Before resuming normal trading hours from the 2nd of January.
