You just have to provide clean, comfortable and affordable rooms all with friendly service. This has been and will always be our goal. To our guests, by writing a review, and who appreciate the hard work and effort that we do put in to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. To our staff who have the same high standards of cleaning as we do, and for having pride not only in your work but in our motel as well. To Peter for endless amount of hours that he puts in, not only the rooms but to the garden and surrounds and in the kitchen. And I suppose I can also take a small amount of credit too (just this once!) When we took over 5 years ago we were ranked #21 of 25. Our determination, to put "our" stamp on our motel and to see the potential that it has to offer has paid off. Well done to young Oliver,👏👏 He and his dad have come and stayed with us now for 3 years to compete in the fencing events held at CSU. He is currently the U15's ACT and NSW champion. He entered an event today for the first time..."Sabre". He won the🎖️ Gold "Novice Men's Sabre" medal. The is first time he has attempted this. Good luck tomorrow in your "normal" event of "Epee Fencing" This visit, he has brought his mum and younger sister Ashley too. Ashley is also a champion making to the National team for Dance. Well done to you too👏👏

🎉🎉🎊🎆🎊🎉🎉 Happy 5 year anniversary to us!! 🎉🎉🎊🎆🎊🎉🎉 We are so proud of the achievements that we have made over the past 5 years. When we took over we were ranked 21/25, we are now 6/31. In our first 9 months we received the "Gold Award for Excellence in Customer Service" from the Australian Quality Business. This was the FIRST time this award had been given to ANY accommodation provider. We have received every year since, Certificates of Excellence from tripadvisor and booking.no for customer service. We have also received awards for Best Value Motel 2016, Most Outstanding Value Motel 2016, and Budget Luxury Motel 2016. We have a "Wall of Thanks" (something that 2 longstanding brokers have stated they have ever seen before in being in this business for over 40 years respectively) and numerous gifts from happy guests. We have made some good friends from their visits to us, experiences that especially Tegan would not have had, if not for some of our guests. The road has not been without its bumps, but that is part of life. These bumps have made us not only stronger but have given us thought for improvement and to realise, no matter how hard you try you cannot make every one happy.
