SOL Botanica is Sydney's Eastern Suburbs' newest Restaurant, offering a gluten free menu. Chef Perry Hill has curated an eclectic, unique menu. At SOL Botanica, we feel that food should nurture, nourish and surprise you; we believe that food creates wellbeing, and evokes emotion.
Our kitchen is 100% Gluten Free, with a firm focus on crafting dishes from pure, unrefined and chemical free ingredient. We serve responsibly sourced, organic, whole foods and deliver dairy and egg-yolk-free options from only the highest quality produce sourced locally, it’s our take on paddock to plate, and we like to call it Valley to Vaucluse.
