Townsville Train Park - T.D.S.M.E
Description
Townsville Train Park is a not for profit society which provides miniature train rides to the community. We are open for running days on the last Sunday of the month EXCLUDING DECEMBER and JANUARY.
Persons intending to ride the trains MUST WEAR COVERED IN FOOTWEAR.
Trains start running at 10:00 am and finish up sometime between 2:00pm and 3:00pm, depending on customers.
We stop running trains when it is raining. We continue when the rain stops. Some running days may be cancelled without notice due to poor whether conditions.
We are located at 30 Boundary St, Railway Estate, Townsville.
We are next door to Townsville State High School, and diagonally across Boundary Street from the V8 Supercar pitt area, and Civic Theatre.

Who doesn't love the smell of the steamers in our cooler weather??!!Heidi and Enterprise steamers. Privately owned and getting work done so hopefully they can run continually on our open days.
The Townsville Train Park is a not for profit society, run completely by volunteers. None of us are paid. We try our hardest to reach everyone, with as much information as possible, so today I would like to remind everyone about our fully enclosed shoe policy and the fact that we have no EFTPOS facilities (we don't even have a phone line 😂)
