Welcome to Adelaide Gym.
Adelaide Gym is a first class 24 hour Gym and Fitness facility. Offering top of the range strength and cardio equipment in an environment that makes it possible for you to achieve your health and fitness goals.

Memberships - $14.95 per week, NO contracts, or $550 for 1 year. $50 charge for the 24 hour access tag.

Casual visits are $20 per visit

Personal Training - $30 per 30 minutes
Adelaide Gym offers personal training tailored to suit individual needs.

Facilities
Adelaide Gym offers some great individual facilities that set it apart from the rest.

Starting with our large kitchen and recovery area. After your workout feel free to use our kitchen facilities to have your post workout supplements or meals. Take the time to put your feet up and relax after your workout with the lounges and TV provided. A vending machine with various supplements will be available for purchase, or take advantage of the free coffee machine provided.

Adelaide Gym offer 140 square meters of strength training equipment. We have a full range of cable pin loaded machines along with ALL other plate loaded strength equipment. With 2000 kg of weight plates we can cater to all members needs.

Adelaide Gym offers a private cardio room.  Separate from the gym room it provides great privacy for all gym members. Our cardio equipment is top of line and will meet your every need. With a range or treadmills, spin bikes, exercise bikes, cross trainers and water rowers all your cardio needs are met.

Adelaide Gym offers a large outdoor training area, perfect for those nice sunny days. We also have a nice grassed area for stretching down or just laying in the sun.

COMING SOON

Adelaide Gym will also be offering a boxing/ mma fitness training studio. This facility will be available to members and will also be used for boxing, mma and fitness classes as they become available.  

Adelaide Gym is very proud to be offering a half court 3 on 3 basketball league, to start at our opening date. The court can be used by all members at all times unless a scheduled tournament is taking place.
