Description
We are a small privately owned childcare located in Tarragindi. We cater for Children from 15 months to 5 years. Government Approved Kinder program. Cater for Children from 15 months to 5 years. We have an approved Kindergarten Program run by a qualified Early Childhood Teacher.
We provide Food for all the children and nappies for the Toddler and Junior Kindy children.
We also provide an early start program included in the fees. These include a music program, yoga, physical education and Spanish classes every week.
We have been freshly painting inside and outside the building and also had a playground upgrade. All new resources and equipment have been purchased for all the room in the centre.
Our centre has a 15 month to 2 year old room, 2-3 year old room, 3-4 year old room and the government approved Kindergarten room.
Our centre is open from 6:30am-6:30pm Monday to Friday.
Centre tours can be organised Monday to Friday. Please Call Kate to arrange a suitable time.

Mother’s Day High Tea When: Friday 12th May Where: Cubby Care Tarragindi 43 Pope Street Tarragindi Time: 9am We would like to invite all our mothers, grandmothers to a high tea at 9am on Friday 12th May. The children will create some yummy cupcakes for you. The children will be involved in creating iced biscuits, craft flowers and cards. Please come along and help share this special day! Rainbow Pie!!! Last week Miss Tegan the Kindy educator taught the children a new song "rainbow pie". The children enjoyed the actions to the song and and have now asked if they could make rainbow pie. Mr Paudie, Miss Teagan and Miss Stef organised the cooking class today to create rainbow pie. The children sorted out all the coloured vegetables into different containers then added all the ingredients to their pie pastry. This was enjoyed by all the children.

Dear Families, The children will be creating Anzac biscuits and learning about Anzac Day on Monday. If you have the day off and would like to come and help the children create the biscuits it will begin at 10am. Each room will create their own batch. The educators will chat to the children about why we celebrate this day and what this day means thus developing their knowledge of the world around them. Warm Regards, Cubby Care Tarragindi

Cubby Care Tarragindi has been accepted into the Ella program for our Kindergarten room. The Ella Program is a fun and easy digital language program for Kindergarten children. The program is an Australian Government initiative aimed at encouraging more students to study languages. Through this program children will be given access to ipads where they will be able to explore numeracy, music, languages through a play based fun program. Children can develop to be competent learners using technology, Develop problem solving skills, cooperate with their peers and extend their understanding of language to develop emerging abilities with technology. Lets help children in becoming what they will be in the future, great learners!! Mr Paudie has a phamplet for all the Kindergarten families about the Ella program. Physikids kept the junior kindy children active this morning with bubble dancing, egg balancing and bean bag balancing. The children developed their gross motor balance while having fun.

Our Pre Kindy children were busy learning about numbers and shapes using the felts and felt board. They were having a blast as they were learning about maths ideas and concepts. As a follow up Janelle and Lana have created a bead counting game for the children to extend their knowledge and discussions in simple maths

SWIMMING LESSONS CUBBY CARE Tarragindi We are so excited to announce that Cubby Care Early Learning has partnered with Sam Reily Swim school, this will be available for our Kindergarten children. Swimming is such an essential life skill and being apart of this program will encourage your child getting into the water and learning about safety and swimming. Please see Mr Paudie if your child would be interested in swimming lessons with us!

Cubby Care Tarragindi Easter Hat Parade and Afternoon Tea Thank you to all our lovely families for attending our Easter Hat parade and Afternoon Tea. Cubby Care Tarragindi Easter Hat Parade & Easter Egg Hunt We would like to welcome all families, grandparents and friends to our Easter Hat parade today at 3:30pm. We even have a surprise visit from the Easter bunny!!! The children have been very busy creating Easter bonnet hats and are very keen to show them to their family. We will be having a Easter Egg Hunt at 3:30pm for the children and an Afternoon Tea for all our families. Please help us by bringing a plate of food to share.
